From what I heard from a Googler, Claude models are still the most popular for coding internally but it’s a couple of month old info so take it with a grain of salt.

From what I've heard they have been using it since at least Opus 4.6, if not earlier

It was locked down to GDM only for several months, but now it's available for everyone.
